Daniel Elliott Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Daniel brings eight years of expertise in logistics, regulatory compliance, and project cost control to more than 350 organizations throughout the western United States who look to us for solutions to their unique compliance challenges.
A skilled strategist, Daniel transforms your organization’s objectives into workable solutions, and benchmarks performance against your key operational targets to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Before joining Pacific Engineering & Consulting in 2015, Daniel served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant.
Daniel graduated from California State University-Fresno magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
He is licensed by American Petroleum Institute, Steel Tank Institute, California Stormwater Quality Association and holds certifications in:

President and Chief Executive Officer
He has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Engineering & Consulting since 2013 and is responsible for the global operations of the company. His experience and leadership have galvanized the firm to become a leader in the field of environmental and safety compliance by focusing on the development and delivery of technology-driven business solutions and providing outstanding client service.
He brings 12 years of expertise in engineering and managing complex equipment/structures, regulatory compliance, and project cost control to maximize business results in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining Pacific Engineering & Consulting in 2010 as a consulting engineer, he served as Nuclear Quality Assurance Engineer for Flowserve Corporation.
Jared earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from California State University-Fresno, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
He is licensed by American Petroleum Institute, Steel Tank Institute, California Stormwater Quality Association, California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists and holds certifications in:
