Daniel Elliott Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Daniel brings eight years of expertise in logistics, regulatory compliance, and project cost control to more than 350 organizations throughout the western United States who look to us for solutions to their unique compliance challenges. 

A skilled strategist, Daniel transforms your organization’s objectives into workable solutions, and benchmarks performance against your key operational targets to deliver the best possible outcomes. 

Before joining Pacific Engineering & Consulting in 2015, Daniel served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant.

Daniel graduated from California State University-Fresno magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
